The 22-inch Touchscreen offers full control over your roasting process and allows you to save and manage roast profiles with ease. From the intuitive interface, you can monitor and adjust the following key settings:

The Rostino program is highly advanced, offering the ability to store an unlimited number of roast profiles. It captures every action you take during the roasting process. For instance, if during the roast you lower the flame at 145°C, increase the drum speed at 163°C, and adjust the exhaust fan speed at 172°C, these settings are automatically saved.
If the roast meets your expectations, these precise adjustments will be available for future use, ensuring consistency in your roasting. You can replicate the entire profile with just one touch, allowing you to focus on other tasks. Once a profile is selected, the machine automates the process, including the dropping of both green and roasted coffee. With Rostino, precision and automation come together, making every roast effortless.
